Modern factory in Kazan

The Gruzopodem Crane Plant is one of the largest Russian manufacturers of cranes and other auxiliary technological equipment*. It is a modern, well-equipped production facility located in Kazan. The total area of the workshops is 17,000 m². In 2025, the company opened a distribution center for the convenience of storing and shipping finished products.

The key features of our production include a modern CNC machine park and resources for working with large-sized components that are in demand in the heavy machinery segment. In-house full-cycle production ensures a stable output of 1,000 cranes annually.

The company operates 3 certified laboratories that check the quality of products at different stages of production. The destructive testing laboratory is responsible for reviewing the quality of materials during the input control. The non-destructive testing laboratory checks the quality of welded joints. The electrical testing laboratory ensures the quality of electrical components.

Production work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations. "Gruzopodem" has received a Certificate of Welding Technology Certification (Certificate No. ACST-77-02606), issued by the National Agency for Welding Control (HAKC). This certificate confirms that the welding work meets the requirements of the NAKS system.

Equipment design

The company employs qualified technical specialists and designers. Their expertise allows us to produce reliable equipment with proper configuration, resulting in long service life and uninterrupted operation. In addition to standard models, we also design and manufacture non-standard equipment tailored to the individual needs of each enterprise.

Input control of materials

Only high-quality materials from reliable suppliers are used in the production process. All materials and components are subject to strict quality control upon arrival at the factory. The company has an accredited destructive testing laboratory for checking the mechanical properties of metal. The metal is only transferred to the workshop for further processing after passing hardness tests, bending tests, and tensile tests, which ensure the reliability of the products' subsequent use.

Welding and machining

The preparation and machining area is fully equipped and allows you to process parts up to 1400 mm in diameter and up to 5 meters in length. We use band saws, sheet grinding machines, grinding and cleaning machines, галтовочные барабаны, токарно-винторезные станки, фрезерные, гидравлические и шлифовальные станки. Since 2025, we have been using laser metal cleaning technology, which is a modern alternative to sandblasting. It is used to remove rust and scale before welding and painting, especially on difficult surfaces.

CNC Machining Site

Modern CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine park is one of the key features of our production. It provides high accuracy of processing of responsible units. And thanks to standardization, the plant is able to produce large batches of the same type and precise parts.

Electroerosion site

The use of EDM machines allows us to process complex parts made of hard alloys and hardened metals.

Plasma cutting area

Scaling: 5 plasma cutting machines provide high-performance sheet metal cutting. This is the "gate" of production, and the speed of production affects the workload of all workshops. The availability of models that support plasma and gas (oxygen) cutting expands the range of materials and thicknesses that can be cut.

Welding area

A large number of welding equipment provides simultaneous operation of more than 30 welding posts and 2 workshops for the production of long-length beams. Longitudinal welding seams of box beams are performed by an automatic welding line, increasing the quality and productivity of work.

Assembly area

Specialized assembly equipment ensures the geometry of the manufactured products.

Painting

The presence of paint chambers allows for painting in climate-controlled conditions.

Product quality control

The certificate of welding technology certification issued by the National Agency for Welding Control (NAC) confirms that the welding works at the enterprise "Gruzopodem" are carried out according to the requirements of the NAC system. The welded joints are fully in compliance with the regulatory and technical documentation. Their quality is confirmed by the certified laboratory of non-destructive testing, which is in the staff of the company.
